Vintage Antique Victorian Black Lace Blouse Good-Fair condition with wear. Silk material with lining on the inside of the blouse. There is an additional lace lining on the front of the blouse that is starting to become detached. Lace lining can be removed. There are 4 clasps in the front closure.
